Sometimes the driver cannot see an impending hazard that may be rounding a
bend or coming out from a “hidden driveway.”
Avoidance of a collision is a co-dependant result based upon the time,
distance and the speed at which a person is operating their vehicle.
Using skid mark analysis and the resultant speed values that we obtain, we can determine
the minimum velocity of the vehicle and find out how much distance
and time the driver(s) would have had to avoid a collision.
